About Me
Hi, I'm Diana. My husband and I bought Il Giardino Segreto in 2017, the summer our twins were born.
We already had a 3-year-old child and had been looking for a place like this for a long time. It had to be a village, small but authentic, close to the sea and with a relaxed atmosphere but still full of life. Suvereto turned out to be the perfect choice for us!
What I never would have imagined is how much this place would grow on us over time, and so we started sharing the house with other guests during the periods when we couldn't come.
I discovered a true passion for hospitality, met many interesting people who spent unforgettable days in this house. Over time, I deepened and studied home relooking and decoration techniques to make this space increasingly pleasant and personalized, always respecting the history and tradition of the place.
I personally dedicated myself to the renovation of the house, meticulously cared for in every detail… and especially the garden, which I have enriched over time with numerous plants and flowers, to the delight of birds and butterflies that have returned to frequent it!
In 2024, we decided to buy a new house in the heart of the village. La Terrazza sul Borgo. This one was renovated in a different way from the first, taking care of every detail, stripping old walls to bring old plasters back to life, and decorating and painting every single surface ourselves.
I love meeting people who, like me, appreciate the relaxed lifestyle that permeates a village, conscious tourism, and respect for nature.
If you're looking for a different kind of holiday, a memory that stays in your heart beyond just 'tourist activities', I'll be happy to welcome you!
If you, like me, love creativity and wish to receive personalized consultations to transform your spaces, I invite you to discover my project dedicated to home relooking. From the experience of La Casa nel Castello, the project Country Relooking was born, where I share what I've learned in the field with others. I help those who have a holiday home or a second home to enhance it with small style interventions, starting from its identity and the context in which it is located.
