How can we not mention this place which is nothing more than an authentic monument with the shape of a cellar? The signature is by Mario Botta, Swiss archistar, but the idea and the resources invested are all by Vittorio Moretti, owner of Bellavista, who laid the foundation for the great red wines of his group in Val di Cornia. There are three wine tours offered by Petra: Petra Classic (90 minutes, three wines for tasting, 35 euros per person), Petra Under the Tuscan Sun (120 minutes, three wines for tasting with matching platter, 45 euros) and Petra Experience (180 minutes with a lunch for 60 euros each).
