Castiglioncello – Quercetano Bay

Quercetano Bay opens up to view by descending a small staircase located near Castiglioncello's square, with its shops, bars, and restaurants.

The sea is transparent, with rocks alternating with fine sand. Out of season, you can enjoy the beach in all its beauty, while in summer, expect it to be quite crowded. There are beach establishments and restaurants directly on the sea, umbrella rentals, and bars.

The bay is surrounded by green hills and the pine forest of Castiglioncello, making it an ideal place for nature and peace lovers. It is an ideal destination for families, thanks to the presence of a small pine forest that offers a play area for children, but also for sports enthusiasts, who can practice windsurfing, kitesurfing, or other water activities.

Castiglioncello is a small town overlooking the sea, offering a typical Tuscan atmosphere, with cobbled streets and colorful houses facing the sea. Castiglioncello is famous for its nightlife and for the numerous clubs, bars, and discos that enliven summer evenings.

Quercetano Bay and Castiglioncello are easily reachable by car or train, thanks to their proximity to the Rosignano Marittimo train station.
