A long coastal stretch extending from Follonica to Piombino, the Sterpaia Coastal Park is characterized by fine golden sand. Awarded the Blue Flag since 2008, it is a stretch of coast also suitable for children as the sea gently slopes. Behind it, the landscape is characterized by dunes or pine forest areas, where it is pleasant to stop on summer days (look for our favorite bar, the Nano Verde, inside the 'Bosco della Sterpaia'!).

The coastal area is organized with refreshment points, parking lots, and in some sections, beach resorts. Our favorite is called Bagnoskiuma. There are also numerous fish restaurants located directly on the beach. For a different day on a beautiful and easily accessible beach, the Sterpaia Park is truly perfect.
