The Terrace on the Hamlet

The house, renovated in 2024, has a surface area of 90 sqm and is spread over a single floor. Characterized by a careful restoration of the building's history, with its ancient decorations brought back to light and wooden beams in every room, it will transport you back in time into a dreamy and delicate atmosphere. The renovation and furnishing, as well as the use of color, were carried out to reflect the principles of Feng-Shui and living well-being, under the project and consultancy of Silvia Maderna.

HOME TOUR: The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking an internal street of Suvereto. From the terrace, you enter directly into the living area, which houses a large kitchen with a snack counter and a small bathroom-laundry room. It has a spacious double bedroom from which you access a special room used as a walk-in closet. The apartment is completed by a TV area with a sofa, a large bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another small living room that can be used as a study or as an additional bedroom with two more beds available.

This apartment is the perfect synthesis of traditional beauty and modern comfort, offering a unique living experience in the heart of Suvereto.

The terrace

The beautiful terrace, which overlooks an internal street of Suvereto, represents a true stage, perfect for breathing in the lively and evocative atmosphere of the village.

The terrace is ideal for relaxing outdoors and having lunch or dinner with a view of the village.

The kitchen

The living area, featuring a spacious modern kitchen, is directly accessible from the terrace. The heart of the kitchen is an elegant snack counter, perfect for quick meals or convivial moments. The spaces have been designed for functional and practical use, without sacrificing aesthetics.

Relax Area

From the open-plan kitchen, you access a small relaxation area, characterized by a careful restoration of the house's old plasterwork. Here you will find a sofa and a flat-screen TV. A glass wall separates this area from the bedroom with iron beds.

The bedrooms

The apartment features a spacious double bedroom, a bright and tranquil environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying maximum comfort. Special decorated niches create additional spaces to store your belongings. The canopy bed is oriented and designed to ensure maximum well-being, reflecting the principles of residential well-being with which the house was designed. From the bedroom, you access a very unique walk-in closet, created from a small room with a mysterious history, characterized by steps and a brazier.

A large room characterized by the color Venice and the old plasterwork brought back to life is the second large bedroom. It houses two iron beds (with a third pull-out bed) that can also be used as sofas for a living area. Here you will find a beautiful decorated niche and a desk station, perfect for smart working. This room can therefore transform from a bedroom to a study to a small living room, adapting to different living needs.

The bathrooms

The apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom is spacious and bright, with a large walk-in shower and modern details that ensure comfort and relaxation. The second bathroom, smaller and with a country look, is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with a laundry area, to meet every need in a practical and discreet way.

"Every project around a house involves me and makes me love that house, but with the Terrazza sul Borgo it was love at first sight.
I loved everything about that house: the ceiling beams, the niches behind the walls and the plaster to be scraped off that revealed small treasures, the mysterious space in the back right corner, even the horrible bathroom in terms of materials, but generous in size. I also loved all the energetic imbalances to be corrected to ensure well-being for those who live there: a house poor in Wealth energy but overflowing with Love energy.
I enjoyed taking care of it and the house, like its owners – because one is a mirror of the other and vice versa, according to a law of reciprocity very clear in the oriental vision where one is part of a whole – accepted the Feng Shui suggestions I gave, assimilating them and making them their own (a Fire color instead of a neutral color, knocking down a wall, moving a room...), deeply involving itself in the transformation. When this happens, the "healing" work of the house is transmitted to the owners: this is the true purpose of Feng Shui being realized. And the moment of my true satisfaction and gratitude for this work."
